GOALS

the objective of this redesign was because I feel like the product that I choose is a very big company in the gum industry but there packaging could be approved and more eye appealing 

PRIORITIES

to keep the key elements of the first package but to redesign the main picture to make it so you would see oh that's 5 gum more easily and have people talking about the design more so it has 2 main things that draw your attention oh its 5 gum and also the eye appealing but also simple design 

TARGET AUDIENCE

the target audience is mostly for people who use gum and when they look around and high gum to choose they see this eye appealing design or for someone who is thinking about buying gum which one they think will taste the best best on the looks because you taste first with your eyes then your mouth but also try to appeal to people who are just looking in the direction where gum would be on the shelf 

BRAND CHARACTER

brand character is sophistication so when you look at that 5 pack of gum you see that sleek background color and that eye appealing package design and clean modern look makes you feel and see that 5 gum had the perfect and best diversification of flavor and is the best flavor of gum out there

COMPETITIVE SITUATION

there are some competitor for 5 gum like trident gum and extra gum but 5 gum has for the most part always been on top with its 5 meaning 5 senses and for ad slogan is stimulate your senses and how it feels to chew 5 gum and that is has zero sugar and also only 5 calories
