PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

In this project we were supposed choose an image to outline and then put a different image within that outline to communicate a message about a current event.

GOALS

My design aims to represent the debate about abortion laws/rights. This is a topic that has come up a lot recently because it is a topic of discussion between the two presidential candidates. I used the outline of a pregnant woman's profile because I thought this would be a recognizable image even without being filled in. I then chose to use a gavel to symbolize the governments involvement in making the decision to abort a child, which I feel should not be the government's decision.
