PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Part 1: 

The company that I chose is Tesla, an American car company that manufactures electric vehicles and other renewable energy products. The main goal of Tesla is to create the most compelling car company of the 21st century all the while transitioning the world to utilizing electric cars and sustainable energy to create a better environment on Earth. Tesla factory locations vary in the United States with some being international in China, Germany, and Canada. One of their major factories is located in Fremont, California where they manufacture and produce all four models of cars they offer. They offer their Model S, Model 3, Model X, and Model Y all of which range in price from up to $100,000+ - $35,000 depending on the model. Tesla also has numerous dealerships located across the country and internationally as well. The company values developing and creating a culture that is safe, respectful, equal, and inclusive for their workers. They take pride in their work ethics as well as their goal of transitioning the world to using sustainable energy.

Part 2: Contra Costa county, California - I chose this location because the majority of the residents here are wealthy and upscale families of young people. Average yearly income around this area is roughly $80,000 - $100,000+. I feel that this is a good area to target as it offers many opportunities due to the high incomes, young families, and progressiveness.

GOALS

The goal of my advertisement campaign for Tesla is to create bus shelter posters that attract people in order to show the effectiveness and reliability of electric cars. I want them to consider using sustainable energy as a better and more reliable alternative to everyday gas vehicles. With this in mind, I want them to see that sustainable energy and transportation is the future and that it’s a key factor in making sure we take care of our planet.
