Annie Huang

PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

  1. Annie’s Homegrown was founded in Hampton Connecticut, and they’re currently based in Berkeley California. They’re a pretty big company, and have 145 products that are present in over 35,000 retail locations in the United States and Canada. They are mostly known for their snacks, mainly for kids. Such as mac and cheese, gummies, and crackers. The specific products that I’m advertising are their different flavors of organic bunny gummies. The company really values the fact that their products are organic and to cultivate a healthier, happier world by spreading goodness through nourishing foods, honest words and conduct that is considerate and forever kind to the planet.
  2. I think that this ad would appeal to Upper Midscale Younger Mostly w/ Kids. Particularly in Monterey County, California. This would make sense since most of these families have kids and are in their late 20s-early 40s, so they might already be a bit familiar with this brand that’s been around for most of their childhoods. Additionally, since Annie’s Homegrown is mainly marketed towards making organic and simple foods and snacks for kids, it would be the perfect location.
    3. Brand advantages: organic, fun for kids, delicious, a classic
Brand attributes: authentic, sustainable, good quality
Brand experience: healthy yet appetizing snacks

GOALS

I think that Annie's Homegrown already has a pretty good reputation for having healthy and organic snacks. However, I would mainly want to bring awareness to different flavors and packs of fruit flavored gummy bunnies that could easily become a new favorite snack for tons of kids. I would want the ads to exhibit a vibe that the food is organic while also having a fun aspect that appeals to children.
