PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

The brand in question is Uber. Uber is a ride hailing company which allows gig workers to transport people for a fee. These people are given the ride opportunities through the Uber app which allows people to request a ride. Uber is useful in many different ways, some use it to go to the store, others could use it so they can skip the parking process. Uber offers other services such as Uber eats which is a food delivery service that allows people to have food delivered straight to their homes. 24% of Ubers rides come from these five cities: New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco, London and São Paulo (Rideshare Guy). Uber is a versatile system of which its services can benefit in many different ways and allows it to have flexibility to experiment with different ideas. 


The target audience for this campaign are people who ride buses in Boston (02111). The population in Boston commonly uses public transportation (buses and shuttles) especially among the younger generations (college students) the advertisement would be placed in common bus stops near common restaurants and/or stores (costco, target, etc).

Brand attributes: friendly, trustable, professional
Brand experience: reliable, easy to use, quick


 


 

GOALS

The goal of my posters are to try and strengthen Ubers image among the masses. Uber has been critiqued for obnoxious advertisements and other allegations. placing these posters where busses and public transport is primarily used hopefully will help garner a better image among the next generation.
