Business model/plan and company profile: Self Created Business Profile

Mission Statement: Our goal is to give the Albany High School community convenient access to a diverse range of delicious snacks. A student-run business that understands the needs and tastes of the student body. We are committed to providing high-quality snacks, providing a convenient and affordable snacking solution right on campus. 

An easy and quick way to get quality snacks at school, for when you’re hungry but don’t want to go far off campus to eat. Our products are cheap but delicious, and there is a variety of options to pick from. 

This concept will work because many students want just a quick snack sometimes that they can buy with any spare dollars or change they have. Instead of having to go to Trader Joe’s or any store themselves, they can come to the Cougar Snack Shack, where the items are already on campus.

TARGET AUDIENCE

The friendly Cougie mascot serves to encourage people to go check out the snack shack, and when they go and find it is convenient, fun, and easy to grab some delicious snacks at a good price, they will spread the word and become good customers. Primarily for the AHS students, not particularly for traveling or for other visitors/etc during sports, but it is available if they wish.
