PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

My Company is called Red Pearl. It is the name of a fictional food truck that I came up with. It is based upon the foods that I grew up with so it would sell Chinese-Jewish fusion food (for lunch and available to rent for catering service). The target audience would be young people (20-30 ish), in general people looking for new/innovative fusion food (and to cater parties, meetings, conventions eat). As a food truck, there is no immediate seating or eating area, and is limited in production, so size would be relatively small, (probably serving 80-160). It could possibly have a parklet which could accommodate for maybe 20-40 people. For a mission statement something like “A company blending together Chinese and Jewish food to create a unique and immersive food experience with high-quality seasonal ingredients."
