PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Berkeley Animal Care Services located in Berkeley. It is Berkeley City's official animal shelter, and takes all animals from dogs to cats to rabbits and occasionally wildlife. It's goal is to get animals adopted in to caring families. Its intended audience is animal lovers. 

GOALS

It is an animal shelter that targets groups that own pets, or are thinking about owning pets. The logo should feel freeing since the animal’s in the shelter want to be “free” essentially. It should make people want to visit the shelter, and be memorable enough that it can be put anywhere and people know where it's from (emails, forms, etc). Its attributes are its general kindness, and willingness to get animals adopted; the staff and volunteers are all enthusiastic about animals.
