PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Edoko is a local Japanese restaurant in Berkeley, California. This small restaurant has served customers for years with their well-crafted sushi. The members always make the customers feel at home and the atmosphere feels calm and relaxing. Also, it creates a family friendly atmosphere around the restaurant. As the restaurant became popular in Berkeley, many local bloggers and their families comes in to experience the hospitality of this small restaurant.

GOALS

The goal of this design was to go with a family friendly style to gather families together for bonding moments. The sushi rolls would help create that friendly feel and the fonts would help deliver that message. The different shapes and colors inside the O's creates an appealing view to the customers which makes them think it is sushi. The black gives the restaurant a more calming appearance to the audience and the frequent customers.
