Part 1: My company is a sauce company named Saucy, and is based in Arkansas. We pride ourselves on selling a wide variety of sauces from a wide range of cultures. For example, in the hot sauce category alone, we sell Mexican hot sauces, Asian Sriracha among others. Our company’s mission is to get rid of flavorless food, and make it easier for people to get their desired taste on their tongues. In our work environment, safety is paramount, but honesty is also prioritized because we can’t effectively improve our sauces if our employees are lying about how it tastes.
Part 2: As our headquarters is in Arkansas, our target market is primarily Arkansas to save on shipping costs, as we do not have the infrastructure to market on a global or even national scale yet. The average household income in Arkansas is approximately $50,000 a year, with most people being within their 30s-40s.

Goals: We are doing a promotion for our newest line of sauces, “Blaze”. When people see our posters, we want them to think that our sauce is incredibly spicy, but also still manageable for the average person if they choose the least spicy version. There will be 3 different levels, with 3 different types of posters to go along with them. The poster will have a fire wall behind a bottle of our product, and how high the fire wall goes will represent how spicy it is. At the top, there will be bold text saying “How much heat can you handle?”.
