PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Company Profile:

Nordic Nest is a Scandinavian company that produces midrange furniture and other homeware. In 2019, they rebranded from Scandinavian Design Center to Nordic Nest. They sell a wide range of items, from chairs to light fixtures, flower pots to rugs, and everything in between. While based in Sweden, Nordic Nest ships internationally and aims to expand their consumer market throughout the United States. The goal behind their Scandinavian interior design is to create a “minimalistic and harmonic” feeling, utilizing crafted natural materials and pale colors. Overall, they hope to produce carefully curated, comforting, yet modern designs that maintain Scandinavian roots. In this campaign, they are highlighting their baby mobiles, in order to expand their market to young American families. These baby mobiles emulate the feeling of their brand as a whole, and by hooking families with the mobiles, they will hopefully purchase other items from Nordic Nest in the future.

GOALS

After seeing these campaign posters, people will be exposed to Nordic Nest, leading them to consider purchasing from them. Since Nordic Nest is a Scandinavian company, their main barrier is their lack of exposure in the United States. Through this campaign, I hope to introduce Nordic Nest to a group of potential consumers, in hopes that they will order from Nordic Nest in the future, whether it be for baby mobiles or other items. The posters should invoke a calm, yet welcoming feeling, as Nordic Nest is meant to be a familiar and neutral brand.
