PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Our assignment was to create a realistic-looking face in photoshop using the tablet and the brush tool. So I was supposed to make painting that looked as close to the portrait of a stranger I found on the internet as possible.

GOALS

I used the eyedropper tool to find colors from the image to slap down, so hopefully the skin tone and eyes (the hair is, uh, abstract) resemble a human face. The brushstrokes in question should invoke semi-impressionism, I suppose, because it doesn't look like realism... And the face should look like a face. A female face, that is.
