Part 1

MINISO is a well acclaimed, Chinese retail company known for their kawaii-inspired style in stationary, cosmetics, kitchenware, and toys, as well as their collaborations with famous brands such as Sanrio, We Bare Bears, Snoopy, and Mickey & Friends. Founded in China in 2013, MINISO has opened 6,115 stores globally and has an online store. Unlike many other retail companies that charge a lot for their goods, MINISO is famously known for their low cost, high quality, and adorable products. For my three ads, I wanted to show how the products that MINISO sells are very functional, yet the designs emphasize the pretty aesthetic of it. 

Part 2

Given that MINISO has 100 stores in the US, as well as having more than 40 stores in California, my goal is to target MINISO to young adults and college students residing in Orange County, California. There is a huge percentage of young adults living in the city that I chose.  People who are still in school are able to rely on MINISO with stationary and decor for their dormitories due to MINISO's good reputation of setting their products at low prices,. These advertisements appeal to people of all ages, since Japanese-style products are extremely popular in the US. Whether it's decorating homes with plushies and blind box figures, or using necessities for cooking or school, MINISO has the suitable products for students who want to have a life surrounded by cute products.

Brand advantages: Affordable, functional.

Brand attributes: Designs are very simple, but they're made with high quality. 

Brand experience: Accessible, convenient.

GOALS

Buyers of MINISO know that MINISO is remarkably known for their affordability and beauty when it comes to their products. So when people see these posters at a bus stop, they will recognize MINISO not only as a company that features convenient goods with a fair price, but also a company that prioritizes quality and aesthetic.
