PROFILE/DESCRIPTIONKernels for a Kause is an online popcorn business that tries to spread awareness about/raise money for Alzheimers and dementia research. They donate 50% of the money made from each sale to the Alzheimer’s Organization, which works to research Alzheimers and dementia. The business was started because many people in the founder’s life had been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s, but with the lack of a cure/research for this disease there wasn’t much that could be done. This motivated the creator to start this business that would help fund research whilst in a way that would attract people from all ages. They sell lots of different flavors and types of popcorn such as kettle corn, white cheddar, garlic salt, cinnamon sugar, etc. Their target audience ranges from people of all ages who want to try new snacks with fun tasty flavors to people who want to help the cause while also getting a snack in return.
