PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

My bookmark is for a cupcake shop in Berkeley called Love at First Bite. They are famous for their "delicious old-fashioned baked goods made from scratch and using the finest quality ingredients." Happiness can come in the form of a pretty frosted cupcake or a freshly baked cookie. Cupcakes, cakes, cookies and other baked goods are the perfect expression of love.

GOALS

Since the shop is very lighthearted, optimistic and warm-feeling, I wanted to use color schemes and type faces that are feminine. I tried to use the same colors as the colors used in the cupcake, but I had to modify some of them because it was difficult to see. The "American Typewriter" font fits the soft, home-y feeling I'm looking for.
