PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Funyuns is a chip brand of an onion-flavored chip snack. The products are various types of Funyuns. It is a branch of Frito-Lay. They are typically targeted for USA audiences but do have variations sold globally, like in Brazil or South Korea. The product for the ad will be basic Funyuns. Funyuns mission is to have a diverse and inclusive work environment, work with programs for providing nutritional food for children, and have more sustainable sourced food. 

 

Michigan, Wayne County 

provide some relevant details about a market segment group that resides there:

  • Michigan (according to a google search) has the most chips consumed anywhere in the US. 
  • Has a lot of populations that Funyuns would appeal to, mainly different types of families. 
  • The economic levels of the families vary a lot, though Funyuns is not specific to any group. 
  • Not hippies if that makes sense? More traditional? 

Brand advantages:  Unique and memorable product.
