PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

Redesign the packaging of Takoyaki Balls for make it more desirable and appeal to wider market. 

GOALS

Make design less cluttered and have it stand out with other similar products. 

PRIORITIES

Since there are other similar products, want to make sure brand stands out and due to the specificity of the taste (takoyaki), want to make that taste more appealable to foreign audiences. 

TARGET AUDIENCE

Young people like chips. Willing to try new things. 

New costumers due to the product being a bit more niche globally. 

BRAND CHARACTER

Friendly - cute cartoon octopus mascot

Reliable- tasty flavor that you get addicted to

COMPETITIVE SITUATION

Calibee (product brand) has multiple other similar flavored-products though the Takoyaki Ball is most popular out of them. Competitor would be a rival Frito-Lay-owned product that is similar, (cute mascot, similar taste, etc). Though there are a few more notable rivals, that people buy but they don’t stand out as much.
