PROFILE/DESCRIPTION

The company I am advertising is sweetgreen. It is a restaurant chain in the Bay Area that serves salads with a wide selection of unique toppings and elements. Their mission is to build healthy communities through serving real and fresh food. They are eco-friendly and focus their brand on their natural ingredients. They have a warm, neutral, and natural brand color palette.

GOALS

I want the poster to make people want to get sweetgreen for their meal in the near future. I want the initial catch to be the aesthetic of the poster. The factor that I hope to convince people to get sweetgreen is the display of the healthy ingredients of the salad, seeing that it would be a good meal because it is healthy for them. I want them to look up the sweetgreen menu, think about visiting it, make them crave a salad, and on top of that know that it is healthy for them.

  • friendly
  • accessible

TARGET AUDIENCE

The target location is Berkeley, CA. Berkeley has a lot of college students who are likely often looking for places to eat. In addition, Berkeley is a very liberal, eco-friendly, and “natural” city, so sweetgreen will likely go very well with the vibe of the city. They have a shop in Berkeley that does very well.
