They're products consists of Mainly Shoes as the front image and sell apparelThe company provides the resources and tools necessary to support each individual’s pursuit of growth to achieve future goals. In order to prioritize career growth within the company, Vans offers courses on topics such as leadership, communication, collaboration and technical skills to ensure employees are self-motivated and are developing to the growing business. My target audience is towards younger groups of people in CA, SC because they have a big skate community present there, along with other skating companies founded there.
